By installing or using Super Samalkot (com.app.smartsamalkot), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

2) Use of the app

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.

3) Accounts & access

Some features may require signing in (for example, using Google sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

4) User content

You are responsible for any content (text, images, files) that you upload or submit through the app. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or violates any rights.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display it only as necessary to operate app features.

5) Ads, notifications & analytics

• Advertisements may be shown using Google AdMob.
• Push notifications may be sent using Firebase Cloud Messaging if you enable them in device settings.
• Analytics (Firebase) may be used to understand app usage and improve performance.

6) Location usage

Super Samalkot does not collect, track, or store users’ precise or real-time physical location. Any city or area selection shown in the app is user-selected and not automatically derived from device location.

7) Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

8) Prohibited activities

• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to bypass security.
• Uploading malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Using the app in a way that could harm other users or the service.

9) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
