Account information (if you sign in):
email address and basic profile details provided by your sign-in method (e.g., Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication).

Usage & diagnostics (Firebase Analytics / Crash reporting):
screen views, events, device information, and crash logs to improve stability and features.

Advertising data (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob):
may use the device Advertising ID for ad delivery, measurement, and (if enabled) personalization based on your consent and device settings.

Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging):
a device token to send notifications you opt into.

User content:
text, images, or files you choose to upload (for example, posts, offers, listings, or product-related content depending on app features).

Log / technical data:
basic server logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Provide and operate app features (including city updates, shop browsing, and delivery-related flows).
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse/fraud.
- Send notifications (if you allow them in system settings).
- Show ads and measure ad performance (AdMob).
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app, including:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Firestore/Storage where applicable).
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for ads and measurement.

Data sent between the app and our services is generally protected using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using standard safeguards.
Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it
unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, compliance or fraud prevention).
Your choices & controls
- Notifications: you can disable notifications anytime in Android settings.
- Ads: you can adjust ad personalization and consent in Google/device settings (and in-app where available).
- Content removal: to request removal of content you uploaded, contact us.

Children
The app is intended for users 13+ and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
